Personal Visits and Video Purchases

You have the option to visit in person and try the horse, and get a feel for its temperament and abilities. We’d be more than happy to accompany you during your trip.

However, if you're unable to travel to Spain, buying a horse via video is a widely accepted and safe alternative. We understand that purchasing a horse without seeing it in person might raise some concerns, so we want to reassure you that we are fully committed to providing an honest, transparent, and secure experience for all our clients.

Our video purchasing process is designed to be as thorough and reliable as possible.
We provide detailed videos showcasing the horse's performance, temperament, and health, alongside close-up footage and any additional angles or tests you might request.

Furthermore, if this is not enough, thanks to our wide selection of contacts we have the best riders around Spain, who can go in your place to see, test and take new videos and photos on request, even make a live video call.

Is it safe to buy a horse through video?

Absolutely Yes!  In fact, 60% of the horses we sell are purchased this way. We prioritize transparency and honesty in our sales process, ensuring that our clients can trust that they are making a well-informed decision. With our thorough evaluations and honest representations, you can feel confident in your purchase.

Can I meet & try the horse in person?

Of course! And and we will be happy to accompany you on your journey.

Import notes:

- Testing the horses is under the responsibility of the buyer spanishorsesdelgado is NOT responsible for any problems that may arise.

- The helmet is mandatory if you do not have one let us know 24 hours in advance and we will get you one free of charge.

How can I ensure the horse will be available for my visit?

Please note that we cannot guarantee the horse will still be available if you plan to visit later. To ensure it’s not sold before your arrival, we recommend making a reservation. A reservation contract will be signed to secure the horse.

How long should I plan for my visit?

If you're planning to see several horses, it's common to organize a visit of 2 to 5 days, depending on how many horses we have to see. During this time, you will be able to tour the facilities and try different horses, while also combining the visits with city tours to make the most of your time.
